The Citizens of Mbaise in Imo State, joyfully prayed for their illustrious son, Air Vice Marshal (AVM) Uche Nwagwu for the Free Medical Outreach he carried out with his colleagues on the Rural Community at Nguru Nwe Nkwo Health Center and Trans- Amadi Holiday Resort, where HRH Eze Reginald Amadi provided his Hotel Facility for some Surgery of different ailments.

The Free Medical Outreach to indigenes of Mbaise, which began on August 12 till August 16, 2024 was organized in collaboration with Azumi Ladi Danat Foundation (ALDA) and Eden- Compassion And Health Mission International (ECHM) where hundreds of the Rural Populace benefited in “All Paid Expenses”, on Medical Challenges that were way beyond them like; Eye problems, Prolapse of the Uterus, Hypertension and every other Medical Challenges.
Offering her helping hands during the Exercise, the immediate past SOLAD of Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area, Barr. Ogechi Ehirime Njoku, who is an APC Local Government Chairmanship Candidate in the upcoming Local Government Elections, commended AVM Uche Nwagwu (High Chief Ikesinachi 1 of Nguru Nwekwo Autonomous Community).
She praised AVM Nwagwu’s Health Initiative for the giant strides to eliminate illnesses in the Community by attracting the Medical Scheme to Mbaise, and pledged to keep doing her best to position Aboh Mbaise in Imo State and the Nation at large.
Mrs. Ehirim described it as “always fulfilling”, to assist in Community Services, even as the former number one citizen of the Local Government Area, adding that she was engaging herself with activities that helps the populace of the Area.
The Former SOLAD recalled one of her great achievements in Office, which was to have Mbaise Nation come together and celebrate the New Year Festival – Iri jI Mbaise at Aboh Mbaise without the troubled associated with the festival before her emergence, among others.
She counted her achievements as SOLAD to include; the Peace in the Local Government Area, when others where engulfed in crisis and her ability to keep the Local Government Peaceful as a Peacemaker, and promised to use her experience as a past Chairman of the Council, if elected to better the people of the Area.
Also speaking, the Chairman of Eziala Ogwu Development Organization, Obinna Onyenemerem, commended AVM Uche Nwagwu for bringing some Medical Personnel from Abuja to run Medical Checks on his people in the village.
“Most of the people have challenges they can not afford to cater for themselves. New Babies were delivered, Fibroids were removed, people received Eye Surgeries, etc”.
He said, and called on other well- to- do in the Society to impact on their people, which will serve as a Legacy before God and man, praying God to continue to bless AVM Uche Nwagwu.
Other Participants in the Exercise like; Onyenemerem Enyeribe George, Chief Benjamin Njoku, Bernadette Esile, Patrick Joseph Nwabueze and others, thanked God for making their well beloved son to remember them in these critical days, and expressed gratitude to Air Vice Marshal Uche Nwagwu and his Colleagues for taking them into the theater, removing their problem, and letting them go home stronger.
The people who said they had been suffering but were now treated in a conducive Environment, expressed happiness that the Exercise has resuscitated them, and prayed God to increase the AVM Uche Nwagwu’s team on every size of life.
