A highly reputable scouting agent and outfit, Ozoh Sports Management has organised a scouting programme in Anambra State.
The Chairman and CEO, High Chief Ifeanyi Onyeka, said the aim of organising the event is to raise talents that will be superstars in the world, noting that it will contribute meaningfully to the growth of the state.
Onyeka added that he will spearhead the programme due to its decline in raising talents that will be marketable products in clubsides.
He said: “Its a good one to develop sports in Anambra State through involving the youths in government.
“We are here to scout some good players where they will have good foundation with the help of a new government where we hope to have the opportunity to build them.
“I can spend one year here to ensure I give out to the society and been confident of what I’m sending out. I took many players to Russia and Belgium but they failed because they are not good. That’s why we decided to come home and build with the help of the new government because there is money in sports which will help the state he rated the Awka City Stadium constructed by Munimichelle construction company very high this is the standard we have in Europe where I am coming from with facility like this in place it makes football very easy for the young players to be discovered.”
An agent attached to the sports outfit, Andre, rated the players high, while acknowledging the state government for putting up such a magnificent structure.
Andre said: “I see very quality young boys, talents and future in Africa football. The facility is very quality and organised to raise young players.”
