The Ekiti State Chairman of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), Chief Sunday Adeola, has pledged to mobilise voters for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu in 2027.
Speaking in Ado-Ekiti on Wednesday during an interview with Ayedade, the RETEAN Chairman assured that the drivers’ union are solidly behind the re-election of the President adding that they would support the second term of Governor Biodun Oyebanji.
Adeola, who eulogised the state governor for his developmental strides noted that the good works of the governor is quite enormous saying that Ekiti people are happy with the level of development across the state.
He highlighted the governor’s achievements to include the welfare of workers, traditional institutions, road transporters, indigent children, market women, among others.
He equally noted that since Oyebanji’s assumption of office, the drivers union have been coordinated and united while lauding him for providing operational vehicles to the security agencies.
He called on Ekiti electorates to support the President in the upcoming general election and pledged to support the second term of the governor.
