The Chairman Rangers International Football Club Foundation (RIFC) Coach Ebere Amaraizu has described the ongoing Nationwide schools quiz and debate competition by Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation as a right step from right direction and a thing which will help to deepen the knowledge of children ,young persons amongst others on mental health ,positive coping ,emotional resilience and management for general well being .He made this known on 16/10/2024 while expressing the essence of the partnership with cope and live mental health awareness foundation on schools quiz and debate activities .
We joined other partners to express our profound regards to management Team of Cope and live mental health awareness foundation for this initiative aimed at deepening mental health awareness and education amongst persons through schools quiz and debate across Nigerian Communities .For us at Rangers international football club foundation ,this is one of strategic action plans to help educate the populace on mental health and negative emotions in line with the realization of sustainable development goals (SDGS 3 Good Health &well being )because of the holistic nature of mental health .We shall keep partnering with Cope and live Mental health awareness to educate community members ,children ,young persons and others on the dangers of negative emotions on our mental health and how we can manage negative emotions .
It Could be recalled that Cope and live mental health awareness foundation has earlier kickstarted its school quiz and debate competition under her S2S Initiative across the nation to equip children and young persons with basic knowledge about mental health ,self awareness,emotions and consequences of negative emotions on mental health and how they can be managed.
Speaking when contacted,the Executive Director Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation ,Reverend Chukwudiebube Nwachukwu maintained that the school quiz and debate competition is in line with the cardinal objectives of the foundation to educate members of the public on the effect of negative emotions on mental health as well as the way out.He further maintained that it is in line with the cope and live mental health awareness foundation education framework.
