An Ambassador to Police Campaign Against Cultism And Other Vices (POCACOV) Engr.Tech Joyce Daser Adams has commended the Nigeria Police Force on its bid towards maintaining a safe,peaceful and secured communities through stakeholders and Multi Agencies engagement and participation in line with the provisions and practice of community policing.Engr.Tech Joyce Daser Adams also known as Autolady Engineering Tech made the commendation recently at Force Headquarters Abuja on the occassion of the formal graduation of the first batch of police officers trained under the Nigeria Police Autogas conversion scheme in line with the federal Government Gas policy to end gas flaring by the year 2030 and to migrate the economy to self sufficiency in Energy Utilization and appreciated the able support of the Inspector General of Police IGP Usman Alkali Baba PSC{+)NPM,fdc in making the actualization of the program which will also help to lay a greater support system for human and manpower development for greater efficiency.
She maintained that having been inspired by the Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices(POCACOV) as an Ambassador to the program through its numerous community driven activities cutting across Value Re-orientation,Self Discovery and Strategic leadership direction amongst others and as an NPF Community policing initiative and public Relations Tool working with different stakeholders and multi Agencies for problem solving,she has no option than to galvanize support of relevant stakeholders such as AVM Energy Services Euro LPG as partners ,Nigeria Women for Gas and Green initiative amongst others to achieve this lofty objective which will help build resilience of the force to achieve a crime free society through building of human capital development.It was gathered that the inception training recorded the training of about one hundred and fifty AutoGas Technicians which included Ten police officers that will be able to convert a total of 12 million registered vehicles in Nigeria.
