The Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV) on 29/10/2021 unveiled her Ambassadors to help deepen its ongoing Nationwide Campaign Against Cultism,Substance and Drug Abuse,Violent Behaviours and other vices.They were formally unveiled by the National Coordinator POCACOV,CSP Ebere Amaraizu during POCACOV Engagement session on the occassion of JOKES APART ,a comedy and entertainment gathering put together by POCACOV BRAND Ambassador Akpobasahan Ovuokeroye Samuel also Known as OVKINGS COMEDY at Hillsbay hotel arena lekki Lagos state to serve as platform for self discovery of talented entertainers and Artiste.Unveiling the New Brand Ambassadors of POCACOV,Amaraizu thanked them on behalf of the Nigeria Police Force and POCACOV Stakeholders for taking the bold step of joining hands with POCACOV in the Advocacy, Awareness Creation/Sensitizations,Mentoring and Reorientation of young minds for a better and greater society using their various platforms as reflected in the Pocacov Ambassadors standard Operation Proceedures and however reminded them that POCACOV is the Nigeria Police Force Community policing Initiatives working with different stakeholders and enhancing popular participation for problem solving in line with the community based crime prevention measures and approach of the Nigeria Police Force Under IGP Usman Alkali Baba.He advised them to remain committed and steadfast as well as law abiding as they are now role models and influencas to Nigerian Children and Youths.Those unveiled included Tijani BabaTunde Kolawole (DJ THUNERDEX),Wilfred Brown Chinedu ,an Entertainer,Event manager and Show promoter,Igwe Otuu Kigsley also known as VBANZ and IGHOFOSE JOHNMARK Also known as King Omilinks.Responding ,Wilfred Brown Chinedu one of the newly unveiled POCACOV Brand Ambassadors and onbehalf of others thanked the Nigeria Police Force on POCACOV initiatives which will go a long way in enhancing popular participation of youths in the community based crime prevention approach and assured that they will all work with POCACOV in line with the stipulations of the standard Operation proceedures of POCACOV Ambassadors.
Highlight of the event was the Award of Excellence as Dependable POCACOV Ambassador on Comedian Ovkings Akpobasahan Ovuokeroye Samuel on his persistent efforts in driving the campaign for youth value reorientation and self discovery.Responding,he thanked the POCACOV for the honour and assured that POCACOV IN MY FAMILY will also be strenghtened through popular participation using his platforms and that of other Brand Ambassadors.
