The Ibru family has eulogized Nigeria’s first and only Olympic gold medalist Chioma Ajunwa Opara for inspiring Nigerians to believe nothing is impossible to achieve, wakawaka sports reports.
Olorogun Oscar Ibru made the statement when the family hosted the multi talented police chief and the Crew of Chioma the musical after the great performance of the life story of Chioma on Sunday the 19th of September in Lagos.

The elder sister Dr Anita Ibru further added her voice saying “it was exciting meeting with the lady that made me proud as a Nigerian woman.
Winning the gold medal in Atlanta was a moment I felt that Nigeria women has arrived at the international arena and meeting her 25 years down the line, means so much to me.” She concluded.
