Barely 72 hours to the 2026 Ekiti State governorship election, a former governor of the state, Ayodele Fayose has distributed food items to residents.
Fayose, who is solidly behind the re-election of Governor Biodun Oyebanji extended assistance to the less-privileged in solidarity with the incumbent ahead of the poll.
The distribution exercise which was held at major markets in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital, including Okeyinmi and Oja Oba, drew thousands of Ekiti residents.
The residents appreciated the kind gesture of the former governor and declared to vote massively for the re-election of Governor Oyebanji for more dividends of democracy in the state.
