Imo NYCN Endorses Sokubo Sara-Igbe Sokubo For Reelection

…Passes Vote Of Confidence On Council NEC

The Imo State Chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), has endorsed Amb. Sokubo Sara-Igbe Sokubo for Second Tenure in office as President.

The Council has also Passed Vote of Confidence on the National Executive Council (NEC).

The Motion for the Vote of Confidence and Endorsement of Amb. Sokubo Sara-Igbe Sokubo for his Second Term and the NEC was moved by the Chairman of Imo State Chapter of NYCN, Barr. Ezinwanne Chimuanya Udoka and unanimously adopted by the members of the Council in the 27 LGAs and 305 Wards of the State, on Tuesday, in Owerri.

The Council said it fully adopted Amb. Sokubo Sara-Igbe Sokubo for a Second Term in office because he had performed wonderfully, especially in the areas of galvanizing the youth to pursue their goal, building self confidence in them, making them to imbibe good conduct and good sense of productivity, as well as participating actively in politics and governance.

The Council called on the youth to throw their full weight on Sokubo Sara-Igbe Sokubo to enable his reemergence to evenly strengthen the goodness of the Council in the interest of the youth who it described as catalysts for society development and positivity.

“Having endorsed Amb. Sokubo Sara-Igbe Sokubo for a Second Term in office through the unanimous adoption by all the NYCN chapters, comprising the 27 LGAs and the 305 Wards of the state, the Council encourages Imo youths to ignore the activities of detractors who are racketeering in the Council as one thing or the other. The Council has only one President: Amb. Sokubo Sara-Igbe Sokubo, who has done marvelously and will always uphold the good leadership if reelected”. Udoka maintained.
