The Mbaise-based side, renowned for their attractive brand of football, gave a spirited performance throughout the tournament despite their early exit.
In their opening fixture, Silversports FC suffered a 2-1 loss to Campos FC after being reduced to ten men, but still managed to impress fans with their resilience. The team has now shifted focus to their planned scouting tour of the South East region, which kicks off immediately after their final fixture in the competition.
Meanwhile, the race for the knockout stages heats up as Campos FC became the first team to qualify following a hard-fought 1-0 win over Ravens. Giant Brillers, Acquire FA, and Blacksalt have also secured their places in the next round, promising more exciting action as the tournament progresses.
