The winner of the just concluded Imo State House of Assembly election for Njaba State Constituency, Hon Ebonine Bennett Ozioma Worship, popularly known as Ezengwori Njaba, has poured encomius on his people for giving him their votes.
Ebonine who specially appreciated God, the current state House of Assembly representative of the LGA, Hon (Amb) Uju Onwudiwe; (Igolo Njaba), among others for playing major roles in his victory, thanked his people on Monday at his home town in the LGA.
He expressed joy over the outcome of the election, saying that he was perplexed over the kind of love his people showed on him during the election.
Ebonine earnestly thanked the people, and assured them of not disappointing them over the trust they have reposed on him.
Hear him, ” I am elated over the outcome of the just concluded election for despite all the challenges God still made a way for us to achieve our victory.
“I want to thank you, my people of Njaba for your massive support to me. Infact the victory is too much that I don’t know how to appreciate you all.
“You all have really proven to me once again how much you love me, and appreciate the little things I do for you. Now, I really understand why it is necessary to show love to your people and always carry them along in all you do. I say a big thank you to you all, our party in Njaba, and our leaders.
“I want to also say a special thank you to Igolo Njaba, a woman who gave me the idea on how to go about the election, and made it possible for the victory to be achieved. I pray that God will reward you for your labour of love.
“I also appreciate Hon. Emeka Iheanacho, who also stood by me, and brought his own ideas. I thank the SOLAD of Njaba too, and all the leaders of Njaba, for being there for me.
“I further want to specially thank God who made it possible, for it was by his Grace and Mercy that it came to be
“To my beloved people of Njaba, I want to assure you that I will remain the Ezengwori that you know; the man who believes in shared prosperity movement, the man who believes in supporting and empowering youths.
“This time around our first priority is to empower the youths of Njaba, so they will give a blind eyes to anything that pertains to crime in the society.
“Let us all rejoice for peace, unity will continue to reign in Njaba”.
