The remains of Ike Ezennia Ikeme, father of former Nigerian International and Wolverhampton Wanderers Goal Keeper – Carl Ikeme, was on Today 23/2022 laid to rest.
The late Ike Ikeme was interred at the Woodlands Cemetery, Birmingham City in the United kingdom.
Wakawaka Sports Extra reports that a mammoth crowd were in attendance, ranging from family members, friends and well-wishers.
A recognised Imo-Diaspora Face, Councillor Celia Hibbert was spotted at the funeral. Cllr Hibbert as well as being a current Elected Councillor for Penn Ward Wolverhampton, United kingdom, was also the Debut Special Adviser on Diaspora Affairs to Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma.
