The General Manager of Heartland Football Club Owerri, Mr Promise Nwachukwu has unveiled Mr Innocent Chinedum Oparanozie(Barzo) as their International scout.
Recall that Mr Oparanozie is the CEO Barzo FC, a football club based in Owerri
and featured for Jasper Utd, Julius Berger, Eagle Cement now Rivers United and Iwuanyanwu Nationale now Heartland Football Club in his playing days in Nigeria.

He is known for his years of experience in the sports management industry abroad and a pillar of imo state all-star International of Owerri and other all stars teams across the country.
Mr Oparanozi is expected to use his contact to attract the needed international opportunity for state own club who is in need of international investment.
Represented by members of his pet team Barzo Football Club Mr Mike Ehbukole and Albania Ndikom at his unveiling he promised to mobilize his contact to ensure that Heartland which use to be a household name in the football world, return back to were they belong in the past when they represented the nation at the Olympic in 1988 and got to the finals of the Champions league twice , won the league five times and Federation cup four times.
The recent was the back to back success of 2011, 12 season .
