ABUJA, NIGERIA – September 4, 2026.
In a show of commitment to grassroots health and well-being, NELO DREAMS FOUNDATION, in partnership with RANGERS INTERNATIONAL FC FOUNDATION successfully conducted a community outreach program in Wuinm Village, outskirts of Kuje, Abuja
The program brought critical education and engagement directly to residents in three key areas: Mental Health, Hygiene, and Reproductive Health
The outreach brought together men, women, and children of the Wuinm community for an interactive session. Community members actively participated, asking questions and sharing concerns in an open and respectful environment.
KEY OUTCOMES:
1. AWARENESS: Residents received practical, evidence-based information on managing mental health, maintaining hygiene, and understanding reproductive health.
2. DIGNITY: The program created a safe space where community members could speak freely, be heard, and be treated with respect.
3. HOPE: By bringing services and knowledge to their doorstep, the outreach reinforced that their health and well-being matter.
The people of Wuinm expressed deep appreciation and delight at having the organizations in their community.
