The Founder of Divine Security Guards (DSGS), Dr. Njoku Okechukwu Obiajunwa Hippolyte (JP, PhD), has congratulated the organisers and participants of the 2026 Mbaise-USA Convention held in Maryland, describing the event as a remarkable success and a significant milestone in promoting Mbaise culture on the global stage.
In a goodwill message dated July 28, 2026, the security expert praised Mbaise sons and daughters from the United States and across the world for travelling to Maryland to participate in the annual gathering, noting that their commitment demonstrated the strong unity and cultural pride of the Mbaise people.
Dr. Hippolyte also commended the convention’s organising committees for their sacrifices, dedication and hard work, stating that members invested their time, resources and energy to ensure the successful hosting of the event. He prayed for God’s blessings upon all committee members for their selfless service.
According to him, the Mbaise-USA Convention has grown into an international cultural heritage event that unites Mbaise people from different parts of the world while promoting the rich traditions and identity of the Mbaise nation. He described the 2026 edition as the biggest and most successful so far, noting that it generated widespread attention across newspapers, social media and other communication platforms.
The DSGS founder further expressed appreciation to the founders of the convention, past presidents, the current president and members of the executive committee for sustaining the vision over the years. He offered prayers for Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria and the United States, while congratulating everyone involved in making the 2026 convention a memorable success.
He also used the opportunity to reaffirm the services of Divine Security Guards and Hippo’s Kitchen, stating that the organisations remain committed to providing professional event security as well as indoor and outdoor catering services in Mbaise.
