The Vice Chairman of APC in Ahiazu Mbaise local government area Hon Egnr Uche Agomuo has been commended for donating a portion of his compound land to create a wider passageway for the Nwama-na-Duru kindred In Umuokishi Amuzi Community in Ahiazu Mbaise local government area, a gesture described as a major contribution to the future development of the community.
The commendation followed Hon. Agomuo’s decision to accede to the request of members of the kindred after extensive discussions over the need to provide a more suitable access route that would serve both present and future generations.
Community members said his willingness to sacrifice part of his property demonstrates a strong commitment to the collective interest of the kindred, noting that the expanded passageway would improve accessibility and create opportunities for future development.
They described the APC chieftain’s action as an example of leadership, sacrifice, and community spirit, stressing that it reinforces the belief that disagreements can be resolved through dialogue, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to the common good.
