Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) as a tool to enhance productivity, mental clarity, and effective decision-making. Sessions provided students with practical strategies for self-awareness, self-management, and emotional regulation – key skills for personal well-being and leadership.
Participants actively learned and shared experiences, with facilitators emphasizing how managing emotions and making intentional choices contributes to effective living and community impact.
