The Nigeria National League (NNL) has announced the commencement of registration for the 2025/2026 season, which is set to kick off on November 8. To participate, clubs must meet specific conditions, including:
– Payment of registration fees and other charges
– TMS registration and Transfer Matching Certificate for registered and transferred players
– Medical certificates for players and technical bench
– Insurance certificate for registered players and officers
The registration portal will open on October 6 and close on October 24. Clubs that fulfill these conditions will be eligible to participate in the upcoming season. The NNL’s Chief Operating Officer (COO),Mr. Danlami Alanana, has urged clubs to take the registration process seriously and meet the deadline.
Mr.Alanana also emphasized that the league will stick to its calendar and commence the season as scheduled, with no room for delays.
Clubs are expected to prioritize meeting the registration requirements to ensure their participation in the 2025/2026 season.
Clubs are advised to liaise with the league secretary for guidance and direction on registration formalities to ensure a smooth process and avoid any potential issues.
