Participants Applaud Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation for Promoting AI and Mental Health Education

Participants at the recently concluded online mental health awareness and education event, titled Artificial Intelligence and Mental Health, have commended the efforts of the Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation for its commitment to educating the public on mental health issues. The event, held on November 23, 2024, via X Space, emphasized the importance of emotional management in fostering a compassionate society.

During the session, Chukwuka Ugwu, a data scientist and artificial intelligence developer based in London, United Kingdom, praised the foundation for its ongoing efforts. He highlighted the development of an AI model he is currently working on in collaboration with the foundation, describing it as a groundbreaking initiative for mental health management. Ugwu explained that the AI model aims to assist in early detection of mental health disorders, enabling prompt intervention, and urged society to embrace the innovation for a healthier future.

In his remarks, Rev. Chukwudiebube Nwachukwu, Executive Director of the Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation, expressed gratitude to the participants, partners, speakers, and co-hosts for their active engagement. He reiterated the foundation’s unwavering commitment to raising awareness and providing education on mental health and emotional well-being.

The event underscored the crucial role of AI in mental health management and marked another milestone in the foundation’s mission to build a more compassionate and informed society.
