The second edition of Ihitteafoukwu Super Mega Unity Cup is set to begin in a grand style, Silvernews.com.ng reports.
According to the organizers, this year’s edition will be sponsored by Chief Chima Collins Onuoha (Echeozo).
They noted that the competition is aimed at uniting the people and encouraging talented youths through football.
“Chief Ounoha has once again demonstrated that he is totally committed to the growth and development of Ihitteaforukwu.
“Note that the first edition of this competition was 5million, which was played last year and Umueze won the cup.
“This 2nd edition of the Super Unity Cup comes with another whooping amount of 5 million naira.
“It will not stop there, Chief Onuoha ( Echeozo) has also made it clear that come next year 2025 the competition will continue.”
The opening ceremony will be on the 9th of November 2024 at St. James Primary School Ihitteaforukwu while the final will take place on 25th December 2024.
