Aware and convinced of the power of the ’12th player’ which fans and supporters represent and push for the on field players with their voices during games, the Coal City Flying Antelopes are determined to maximise this opportunity during Sunday’s CAF Champions League first leg, preliminary round match against US Zilimadjou of Comoros.
With both first leg and return leg fixtures slated for the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo, the hierarchy of Rangers said they will provide transport facilities to convey their fans and supporters to Uyo for the games.
The club have made provisions for a round trip bus for supporters willing to travel for the clash with US Zilimadjou of Comoros at the Godswill Akpabio stadium, Akwa Ibom.
Rangers and US Zilimadjou have adopted the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo as their home ground for the preliminary round clashes.
Both clubs failed to get CAF’s approval to use their home grounds in Enugu and Moroni.
The Comorian team will host the first leg on 18 August, while the reverse fixture will come up a week later.
