The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYC), Imo State Chapter, heartily thanks Governor Hope Uzodimma for the palliative: Rice and Noodles, he distributed to the youth through the Commissioner for Youth Development and Talent Hunt, Dr. Emeka Mandela Ukaegbu and the Ministry of Youth Development and Talent Hunt, Imo State.
The food items which was shared among registered youth groups: NYCN, the SUGs, Faith based youth organizations, Man O’ War, Boys Brigade, Persons Living With Disabilities, Uniform Youth Organisations, among others, have gone a long way to reduce hunger among the beneficiaries.
The palliative was well appreciated by the Council.
The gesture is purely a demonstration of the enormous love and regard the Governor and Government of Imo State have for youths.
Imo youths under the auspices of NYCN are reassuring the Governor of their continued support as he works with his aides towards the good and holistic development of the state with a view to improving peace, security and prosperity.
The Council also eulogizes the Commissioner for Youth Development and Talent Hunt, Imo State, Dr. Emeka Mandela Ukaegbu, for his loyalty to His Excellency, Governor Hope Uzodimma, as well as being youth oriented and development driven.
We hope, as promised, for more palliative distribution to the youth to enable us cushion effects of fuel subsidy removal.
