Jobisports Football Academy of Ikeduru U-12 team last weekend defeated their Silversports FC counterparts to lift he giant trophy put out for the game by the proprietor of the Ikeduru outfit, Mr Akujuobi Chikaodi.
Chikaodi, whose son plays in the Dutch league put out the game to spot them young for the first time. The young talented players in the two teams brought out the best from them.
Presenting the trophy, the son to Chikaodi, Bobby Akujuobi said he decided to put down the competition as his contribution towards assisting the discovery of young footballers at the right age and congratulated the young teams for playing well.
He encouraged them to take their education serious while the coach of the team led by Chinedu, who has gone on to pick from where the under 19 team stopped at the Kanu Nwankwo competition by beating the very team they defeated at their first game of the competition.
