Sports Stakeholders in Imo State and the nation has congratulated Dr Patrick Ekeji on his re-appointment as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the government of Imo State.
Director, Imo State Sports Commission, Sir Ferdinand Emeana, while congratulating Dr Ekeji, said his re-appointment has proved all the hard work he has put in to help for a smooth run of the government in the state.
He noted the last four years is recognized by the governor of the state, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma adding that Dr Ekeji represents what all the sportsmen stand for while urging the citizens to work hard to ensure imo state return to her good old glory days.
On his part, Kennedy Onwunali, CEO Silvernews Communications thanked the governor for the re-appointment and said it shows the level of hardwork he put in the first four years of the administration.
He asked the governor to return sports back to his office which will enable him finish up the reform he has earlier embarked upon in the sports sector of the state.
All across sports program in the state, it was the same celebration as they asked that he should take more interest in sports development in the state at this time.
