Nnamdi Nwaeze first discovered Nwabali Bobbi Stanley in Rivers State, Nigeria during a local football tournament. Impressed by Nwabali’s performance on the field, Mudi Nwaeze decided to take him under his wing and become his agent.
Nwaeze supported Nwabali by helping him secure trials with several professional football clubs in Nigeria and eventually abroad. He also provided guidance and mentorship to help Nwabali navigate the challenges of being a young footballer trying to make it in the competitive world of professional football before he eventually helped him sign for Go Round FC.
Through Nwaeze’s support and guidance, Nwabali was able to sign a contract with a top Nigerian clubs like Enyimba FC whom he won the NPFL title with in 2019 and left the Aba based club after some limited chances of keeping and the club’s inability to offer him salary increase.
He then took him to Wikki Tourist where he played for one season before moving to Makurdi to join up with Lobi Stars FC. At Lobi Stars, he became the club’s undisputed number one and kept almost 38 matches of that season which in turn earns him a bigger money to Katsina United his last NPFL club before he left last season to Chippa United FC of South Africa where he eventually caught the attention of the national team scouts after some great goalkeeping performance which rates him as one of the best goalkeepers in PSL.
He went on to represent the Super Eagles at international competitions and has become a key player for the national team.
Overall, Nwaeze’s discovery and support of Nwabali played a crucial role in the goalkeeper’s success and rise to prominence in Nigerian football.
Beside Nwabali is his Agent, Nwaeze who have played a fatherly and pivotal role in the sucess of the goal keeper and he deserves some accolades for scouting and preparing him for these moments to give joy to more than 200 million Nigerians and Africa at large.
The Ohaofia-Agba, Ebonyi State born agent played a crucial role in making sure Nwabali signed for Enyimba FC from Ground FC and have followed him up even at Chippa United Football Club till been called up for the AFCON.
Nwabali’s heriocs have been seen since, while at Eyinmba FC he kept numerous clean sheets and also did same at Choppa United
The soft spoken agent, who knows how to scout and develop players have also managed top players in the Nigerian League like; Ibenegbu Ikechukwu (Mosquito), Osas Okoro, Bamba Bakary, Olowo Emmanuel Ike ThankGod, Nelson Ogbonnaya, Omar Tofic, Orji Kalu and many others too many to mention.
