Another future African Best player is making the headlines as Imo Strikers Queens forward, Harmony Chidi, netted two times for the Flamingos in her international debut, Silvernews.com.ng reports.

Chidi got a brace for the Flamingos in the 6-0 thrashing of Central African Republic in an African second round, first leg qualification game in Douala, Cameroon on Sunday.

The goal machine, who had shone in previous outings for her side has always aimed for a day to represent the country.

In an interview with Silvernews.com.ng, she said: “My dream is to represent the country. I will like to be in such a title driven team like the Super Falcons class of 94.

“Football to me is food to my soul. I do it seamlessly without struggles and I know it’s my dream to become the greatest football player of my time, God’s willing.”

To say the least, her great football artistry began at the tender age of 15, masterminding the attack with the possessive style of football that earned her accolades at previous tournaments which transcends the birth of a super star.
