…as SOLAD unveils tournament schedule
The 2023 Aboh Mbaise Football League is expected to kick off in all the communities in Aboh Mbaise, from 11th October, 2023, Wakawaka Sports Extra reports.
According to the Sole Administrator of Aboh Mbaise LGA, Barr. Mrs. Ogechi Njoku-Ehirim, the competition is to assist the youths of Aboh Mbaise discover their hidden talents at the grassroots.
The competition will begin at the community level before proceeding to the local government level and will see all the communities in Aboh Mbaise compete for the coveted trophy that will unite the youths of the area and also discover players that will represent the local government in future football competitions in the state.
Speaking at the meeting of the local organizing committee at the council headquarters in Aboh Mbaise, the Sole Administrator said the competition will go a long way to propagate the good works of the current government in the state.
She called on the good people of Aboh Mbaise to assist the local government in achieving the goals of making Aboh Mbaise bounce back to reckoning in sports.

ger Football Club player said she is committed to improving sports in the area with both the male and female teams as the ladies will also participate in the competition.
You will recall that the experienced administrator united the people of Mbaise through the 2023 Iri-ji Mbaise yam festival.
She said her work at the Aboh Mbaise local government sports stadium in Aboh is her believe that youths of the local government can excel through sports and adding that the competition will go a long way to achieve this propose.
