In the opening game of the day, which was between the Egba Patriots FC and Super Star United.

It was a pulsating encounter as both teams gave themselves a run for their money.

After a bright start to the game, the players look lost and found themselves wanting with their opponents growing into the game. Fortunately for them, they were able to maintain the lead for the halftime break.

With the introduction of Ojo, Super Star United continues to grow in the game, and they found themselves back on level terms after some costly errors from their Opponents which allowed Ojo to convert from close range right at the dead of time.

The heroics of Azeez the Goalkeeper of Egba Patriots FC can not be overemphasized as he was on hand to keep his team in the game and make sure they go home with something to cheer about.

Bold Impact were unable to maintain their first-half lead as we saw a resurgent Royalty FC who came from behind to win 2 goals to 1.

In Group A, Egba Patriots FC and Super Star United have an Automatic 3 points in the bag as their opponents for the week one game did not show up which allows both teams to engage themselves.
