The 2021/2022 Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, season has sprung up surprises, intrigues, drama and above all dedication to duty by dignified officials of the league.
As a way of promoting uprightness and standing for the truth, Wakawaka Sports Extra, in her usual way of rewarding deserving personalities, has identified the heroics of Harrison Iyonmana for the role he played during the course of the season.
Iyonmana was the Match Commissioner in the game between Sunshine Stars and Dakaada FC that took place at the Akure Township Stadium. It was reported that he had prevented the antics of the host by delaying in picking any ball that goes out of touch.
As the Match Commissioner, he ordered that the Ball Boy should be sent out of the area by the Police Officers on duty. His actions was seen as someone who stood for the right thing during the discharge of his duties.
Wakawaka Sports Extra has meritoriously awarded Harrison Iyonmana as the Match Commissioner of the 2022 NPFL Season.
