A Medical Doctor and a Technological expert, Dr Kachi Nwoga has called the action of the Sports Minister in banning basketball from international competitions as executive interference.
Dr Kachi who was the first man to challenge former CAF President Isa Hayatu said it is the surest way to kill any sport.
The German-trained expert who is the brain behind the reformed ENIC Tennis League in the South-East urged the minister to work and help each sports federation to have independent management.
“The country must have it as a policy to attain independence for Sports to develop in the country.” He declared
