Couples have been reminded on the need to join in maintaining a good family morals and value system that will see to the bringing up of children for a greater society considering the importance of family system in the child upbringing.This was made known by the National Coordinator Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices(POCACOV) CSP Ebere Amaraizu on the occassion of wedding ceremony of Mr and Mrs Ikenna Onanike of the Enugu State Council of the Nigeria Football Referee Association in Enugu on 22/1/2022.According to the National Coordinator Pocacov,POCACOV in my family is an important activity of Pocacov as an NPF Community policing initiative and public Relations Tool working with different stakeholders and multi Agencies and galvanizing their support and partnership towards problem solving ,for a safe,peaceful and secured Communities.Pocacov in my Family is all about reinventing of the roles of parents in the moral upbringing of children andgiving to the fact that the family is the immediate environment of any child.While we congratulate you and your wife for successful wedding,there is need for us to remind you people on the collective responsibility for a greater society.We are using this activity to revive the consciousness of parents,guardians and caregivers because the hope of any Nation lies in the hands of our children and youths.The Groom ,Ikenna Onanike who also is an athlete and a football Referee,thanked the National Coordinator and other guests on behalf of the wife and assured of his continual effort to achieve a good family system.
I congratulate the couple and ask that they imbibe in them the values of good Christian virtues to steer the tides of family challenges.
