The Executive committee member of the Nigeria football federation (Nff) and also a stakeholder of the police campaign Against Cultism and other vices (Pocacov ), Comrade Ahmed Yusuf Fresh has given kudos to the Nigeria police force for the organization of the event tagged 1st IGP Triathlon Invitational championship Abuja 2021.
Comrade Ahmed Fresh gave the kudos in Abuja while reacting to the huge success recorded by the event despite the fact that this is the first of its kind in Nigeria which is also spearheaded by the Nigeria police force.
According to comrade fresh, who was also recognized as the Brand Ambassador of the 1st IGP triathlon invitational championship;
“sports is a tool for national integration and development amongst others and this event 1st Igp triathlon invitational championship has provided the platform which saw stakeholders and other agencies competing together even with our female gender. The event lived up to the expectations despite the fact that it is the first time. I want to commend the inspector General of police for this wonderful move to bring Triathlon game to the limelight, I want to commend the organization of the event and I want to commend Nigeria police force for using the event towards enhancing Stakeholders and multi Agencies collaborations
and participation.
We shall continue to be laying our support to the programm of the Nigeria police aimed at policing our communities . “ He concluded.
It could be recalled that the Triathlon game involves sporting activities such as swimming, biking and running.
