Nigeria Football veterans celebrate Bishop (Dr) Samson Okelezoh at 70

The Stephen keshi Football and Vocational Training Center SKFVTC has commenced arrangements to mobilize some Nigeria Football Veterans to Celebrate its Patron, ex Footballer, Bishop Dr Samson Okelezoh, the General Overseer of Ministry of Perfection as he turns 70 on 22nd November 2021.

It is worthy to mention that the septuagenarian, Bishop Samson Okelezoh was a prominent member of the then New Nigeria Bank FC in the late 70s amongst other football clubs which he played for.

He has continued to support Nigeria football and footballers by reaching out to their needs amongst his numerous philanthropic gestures. As Patron of the Stephen keshi Football and Vocational Training Center situated in Obazuwa Benin, the man of God has shown great commitment to the development of the Center.

Speaking on behalf of the Stephen Keshi Football and Vocational Training Center, Secretary, Board of Trustee, Comrade Austin Popo said it is with great joy to be part of the celebration of God faithfulness in the life of our Patron as he turns 70. The SKFVTC has packaged a novelty football match between Football veterans, featuring some of his teammates and contemporaries against a selected team of Pastors of Ministry of Perfection.

The match will be part of a week long activities schedule to hold on Friday 19th November at the Football field in the church premises at upper Sakpoba Road, Benin City. This will be followed with the presentation of a customized Birthday card and the SKFVTC Special Merit Award Certificate for football development, on Monday 22 November, 2021.

Some Veterans expected to take part in the game includes Etoroma, Sunday Eboigbe, Lawrence Orairo, Fithin Amenawhon, Zigilala, Bright Omokaro, Shakara, Ebenezer Berger, Coach Godwin Izelien , Dr Brown Ogbeifun, Ajasa, David Aigbovo, Edema Fuludu, Austin Popo and a host of others.
