The meeting which started at about 7.26pm had almost all the invited members present, the few excused absentees were due to network problems within their regions, North West and North East.
At the end of the meeting the following resolutions were made and ratified;
1. The BOT and National Executive Council paid glowing tributes and gave their votes of confidence to the Tijani Babangida led Administrative Council.
2. That the Executive Council immediately constitute the Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation Committee to invite aggrieved members for Dialogue.
The committee have two weeks to complete the urgent task.
3. The meeting gave kudos to the PFAN Task Force.
4. The meeting directed that the Administrative Council seat with the Task Force with a view to further streamline its functions.
5. The meeting gave go ahead for some key new appointments within the PFAN National and state levels .
6. The meeting empowered the Disciplinary committee on issues relating Due Process.
7. The meeting approved the need for a meeting of the National Executive Council as soon as possible.

8. The meeting approved a PFAN World press conference.
9. The PFAN BOT and National Executive Council thanked all PFAN Comrades for their unalloyed support and Loyalty to PFAN, the strongest brand in the country.
10. The meeting officially declared the deplorable situation of the Nigerian professional player a pandemic.
11. The meeting expressly approved that the Administrative Council should use every Legal and diplomatic means necessary to secure justice for our comrade professional players.
The Joint BOT and National Executive Council meeting ended by 10.20pm with a prayer.
