Former World Junior wrestling Champion Ifeoma Iheanacho of Imo state has sent SOS alert to the governor of Imo state distinguished senator Hope Uzodimma to assist her under-go medical surgery abroad to correct her arm injury.
Iheanacho revealed that the injured arm has prevented her from reaching her full potential as an athlete and a wrestler.

Iheanacho who made the nation proud at the world junior championship in Sweden and Russian was injured representing the nation and has been out of action because of lack of adequate medical attention to correct the injury which can only be done abroad.
Iheanacho was the only medalist at the world championship in Sweden were current Olympic silver medalist Blessing Oborodudu, Aminat Mohammed and Odunayo Odukoroye were members of the team.
