The National Coordinator POCACOV,CSP Ebere Amaraizu described the initiative as a veritable one which is in line with the community oriented policing framework of the Nigeria police force aimed at stabilizing community peace and safety and assured that POCACOV will keep partnering with relevant stakeholders and multi Agencies and enhancing participation towards joint problem identification for joint problem solving .
Hfurther maintained that changing of young minds set and thinking requires collaborative efforts and that is what we are doing using the instrumentality of community sports .We commend MNFL on the grass root initiative while we urge stakeholders to support it for our young minds to thrive .It is an attempt to also create an alternative Meaningful Pathways for young minds and reduce their vulnerability of recruitment into membership of organized criminal groups (OCGs ) for serious and Organized crime .
