The CEO and President of Jack’s Empire Football Academy, Chisom Ebubedike, has come out to say that he remains committed to raising players at the grassroots level.
The Franco-Nigerian citizen who played his football in England with Everton youth team and France said he is a product of the grassroots, hence, it necessitated his drive to develop youngsters.
“I started my career in Agege, Pepsi Academy and played in Imo State before I had the chance to travel to England to play for Everton.
The academy has been over one year and my aim is to come back and give back to the community. I want to use this platform to help the young ones out there to see that they can go out there and showcase what they have and make their country and family proud. I’m here to support my people and show them love.
“The programme for Saturday is a welcome match organized by my club to welcome me because we haven’t seen over one year. This is the first time we are going to meet and they want to showcase their skills to me with a welcome match. I was very pleased when they told me about it.
“The kings and people of the communities will be present watch the team. The aim of coming is to see the young talents and encourage them. I believe we are not stopping here. We are going to the next level after then.”
